This kind of attitude can sink a company. In order to make gains in work, people must have an “I can and this company can” kind of outlook.
The term deficient means lacking in something. A person might be deficient in the skill necessary to accomplish a task, or an object might be deficient in the parts it needs to operate properly.

Negative Words Starting With D To Describe People And Things
One of my favorite D words belongs to the category of negative D words that can be used to describe either a person or a thing. That word is disheveled.
Sometimes when I get up in the morning my hair is completely disheveled. Being out in a windstorm will have the same effect, as will taking a ride in a convertible.
In other words, my hair, when it is disheveled, is a crazy mess!
I could also use the word disheveled to describe how my desk at work sometimes looks. This typically happens when I have a deadline to meet and I am working like crazy around the clock.
My desk will look like a bomb went off with papers strewn everywhere!
